Who we are

These terms govern bookings made on this website for Quinta Baviera, a local accommodation holding licence no. 4681, in Ginetes, São Miguel island, Azores, Portugal. Contact: geral.casabaviera@gmail.com, +351 967 236 013.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment of the full amount is completed and you receive the confirmation email. Prices are shown in euros and the total displayed before payment includes every amount listed in the summary.

Your dates are held for you while you pay. If payment is not completed within the time shown, the dates become available again.

Cancellation

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: full refund. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund. Less than 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show: no refund.

To cancel or request a change of dates, write to geral.casabaviera@gmail.com quoting your booking code. Changes are subject to availability.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Other times only by prior agreement.

Use of the house

The house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests, children included. We ask that it be treated with care and that the neighbours' rest be respected. Guests are liable for any damage they cause during their stay.

Cancellation by the accommodation

If, due to force majeure, the house cannot be made available, we refund the amount paid in full, with no further compensation.

Complaints and governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In a consumer dispute you may use the Portuguese electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt) or a consumer alternative dispute resolution body (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
